Meditation Through the Seasons; The Metal Element, Autumn Energy

Fridays  October 3-December 19, 2025 (no class 11/7 and 11/27)

12:00 noon-1:00 pm

Meditation Through the Seasons: Students will practice simple chair and standing exercises aimed at relaxing the body and calming the mind, influenced by Yoga, Qi Gong, and T’ai Chi. These slow, smooth movements improve flexibility, coordination, strength, and balance without stressing the major joints of the body.  

The 5 Element theory of wellness, aligned with the 5 seasons, structures each class. Students learn to support their physical and energetic health year-round by energizing their body, mind, and spirit.

Autumn Energy:

Element – Metal

Organs – Lungs & Large Intestine energy pathways

This time of year, we move forward with strength, clarity and purpose, integrating emotions of sadness, grief and anxiety, finding balance within.
